Our two daughters just adore Shelby...EVERY day they ask us, "Go swimming Shelby?!"  Shelby really makes the swimming experience fun and has catered each daughter's lessons to their individual skill needs and comfort level.  She's compassionate and understanding when they are hesitant about doing something but she doesn't let them out of doing it which has really developed a bond trust between her and my girls.   Christian
