  One of my biggest accomplishments at Swim Otters is hiring such a dynamic team of Water Safety & Survival (WSS) Instructors.  They are the best because they really are passionate about mentoring children the importance of water safety!  It's about the child in their arms at the time and connecting with a mentorlike attitude and smile. Every Instructor at Swim Otters is required to make a commitment of one year - so you can be sure to have the "same" instructor every lesson.  Trained and certified - every Swim Otters Instructor's pride follows their talent of mentoring their students.  It is the gratification of seeing a child excel in water skills - to finally swim-float-swim that is our biggest achievement! My personal quest is to prevent pediatric drowning in our community and all over the world, one child at a time.  I believe every child should have the opportunity to learn these important life savings skills in order to save themselves from a water incident.  Why is there not MORE emphasis on teaching water adaptation when our world is made up of 76% of Water!!!!

  

Customer service at Swim Otters is second to none.  Every parent has my cell phone to ensure that all issues, if any, will be resolved - 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed!  And yes, We DO have a makeup policy - because we realize that from time to time, children will get sick, families do take vacations and other things come up.

  

We also have a Parent Referral Program - Our Parents LOVE to talk about how great theiir kids can swim!  When our parents refer another parent to Swim Otters, the referring parent will receive $25 once enrolled!  It's just our way of saying "thank you" and it is a way to spread the word to all our friends and families!
